The Enthronement of the Sacred Heart means the official an
d social recognition of the loving kingship of the Heart of Jesus in the Christian Family.
The family acknowledges this recognition by solemnly installing an image of the Sacred Heart in a place of honor in the home and dedicating itself to Him by an Act of Consecration, embracing a Covenant of Love.

parish debt reduction
You can now make donations online to help defray the cost of our Parish Debt. You can click on the "ONLINE GIVING" button above and make a one-time gift - or a recurring gift - by marking the fund designated as "Debt Reduction".
The original OLDP Elementary School loan, authorized by the archdiocese, was charged back to OLDP Parish upon the archdiocese closing the school. This officially was added to the parish finances as an outstanding debt on July 1, 2019, in the amount of $575,122.81. Our parish has been paying down this debt at $1,000 per week, and as of May 22nd, 2023, the outstanding balance on this loan is $377,557.84Thank you.

ART SHOW AND AUCTION
Friday, June 9th at 6:00 p.m., in the Bahan Center, will be our first Art Auction since Covid 19. Fr. Mike has created more than 50 pieces of original fine art to be donated to the auction with the proceeds to be applied to our church debt. Please come and bid on one or more of these beautiful pieces of fine art and support our parish at the same time. Finger foods and beverages will be provided. Adults only, please.
